1) Ingredients
-Cayenne pepper (optional) - 8 pieces

General Statement
Cingur Salad is one of the traditional foods that are easily found in East Java, especially in its native Surabaya. In Javanese the word cingur means "mouth", this refers to the material of the mouth slices or beef snout that is boiled and mixed into the dish.

First prepare all the mashed ingredients. Puree red chili, shrimp paste, fried beans, tamarind, brown sugar, banana rock, salt until smooth. Then add another ground paste until evenly mixed. After that add water, stir until the seasoning is evenly mixed.
After the spices are mixed evenly, add kale, cucumber, bean sprouts, tofu, tempeh, cingur and rice cake. Stir until all are mixed evenly.
