How to make Cingur Salad

1) Ingredients 
-Cayenne pepper (optional) - 8 pieces
- Fried peanuts - 3 tbsp
- Shrimp paste - 2 tbsp
Fried garlic - 2 cloves
- Tamarind water - 4 tbsp
- Brown sugar, sliced - 2tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Banana klutuk / stone, grated grated - 2   pieces
Boiled water - to taste
Cingur - 250 grams
Bean sprouts - 50 grams
Kale - 2 bunch
Cucumber - 1 fruit
Tempe - 1/2 board
Tofu - 2 pieces
- rice cake to taste 
Steps 
 1. Puree cayenne pepper, peanuts, garlic, brown sugar, salt, and banana klutuk.
 

 2. Add shrimp paste, tamarind water and  enough water, stir well.
 
 

 3. Arrange cingur, tofu and fried tempeh on a plate
 
 

 4. then add the vegetables that have been boiled
 


 5. Serve with fried garlic and crackers

How to make Cingur Salad 

General Statement 
     Cingur Salad is one of the traditional foods that are easily found in East Java, especially in its native Surabaya.  In Javanese the word cingur means "mouth", this refers to the material of the mouth slices or beef snout that is boiled and mixed into the dish.

Sequenced of Explanation
    First prepare all the mashed ingredients. Puree red chili, shrimp paste, fried beans, tamarind, brown sugar, banana rock, salt until smooth.  Then add another ground paste until evenly mixed.  After that add water, stir until the seasoning is evenly mixed.
    After the spices are mixed evenly, add kale, cucumber, bean sprouts, tofu, tempeh, cingur and rice cake. Stir until all are mixed evenly.
    Arrange on a serving plate and add crackers as a complement.
